Refund policy
Ah, bugger! We are disappointed that you are anything less than IN LOVE your purchase. If it was our mistake or there are flaws in the product please let us know right away. We will do everything we can to make it right. Please send us an email at hello@globalfibershop.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll get back to you about the return process.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Don't forget to read those washing instructions! Our laundering advice comes straight from the manufacture and we cannot accept returns/exchanges on items that have been washed or damaged in the laundering process.
Flaws in fabrics
We inspect our fabrics upon receipt and are careful to monitor the quality of fabric when cutting orders. Flaws such as small discoloration, misprints, or small holes or tears can occur and be missed by us. Woven fabrics, including linen and other yarn-dyed fabrics such as our lines stocked from Fableism Supply Co do have natural occurring weaving slubs or insecurities. We do not consider these to be major flaws. Rather, this contributes to the character and overall appeal of using these fabric lines. If you believe your order contains a flaw that has rendered the fabric unusable, please send us a photo in natural light and we will review the situation on a case by case basis. The photo should be sent to hello@globalfibershop.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For the most part, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We know buying fabric online can be challenging we will do everything we can to provide you with quality photography so you are confident in your purchase. Whenever possible, we publish our own photos taken with natural light and manufacturer product photography. Due to the variations in device screen settings, it is impossible for us to guarantee how the colors will reflect on your screen. While not liking a color is a drag, we cannot accept returns based on disappointment with color. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), pre-ordered products, gift cards, sale items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Refunds
If your order qualifies for a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
