Shipping: A Tiny Update (with big feelings. . . )
The Plot Twist 📦
We have a confession.
We love shipping your orders. Like… truly. Packing up bundles, folding fabric just so, sending it off to its new home? It’s one of our favorite parts of this whole thing.
But lately, shipping costs have been doing their own thing… and by “their own thing,” we mean climbing like they’ve got somewhere to be 📈
We haven't raised costs in three years but the time has come to assess and adjust. So, we’re making a small (but necessary) update.
The Short Version
Here’s what’s new:
- Orders up to 1 lb → $5.75 flat rate
- Orders over 1 lb → $9.75 flat rate
- Orders over $150 → still ship free 🎉
We’ll keep choosing the fastest shipping option available within those rates, using USPS or UPS.
Most packages arrive in 2–8 business days, depending on where you live.
The Longer, Slightly More Dramatic Version
Shipping carriers (👀 looking at you, USPS and UPS) have raised their rates… again… and again… and you guessed it, again.
We held off as long as we could, but to keep things running smoothly over here, we had to make a small adjustment.
The goal?
Keep it simple, fair, and still very much in “treat yourself to fabric” territory.
Timing + The Waiting Game
We process orders in 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday). This has always been our timeline, but we wanted to mention it again since we have lots of new friends around here 🤍
Here’s the thing: when you shop with us, you’re shopping small. Like… micro-small. Every order is cut from the bolt, folded, packed, and labeled just for you after it’s placed.
We don’t have the resources of large e-commerce companies, but we love what we do. And we want you to enjoy your creative process, so we do everything we can to get your order out the door as quickly as possible.
During big sales, holidays, or our fall frenzy season, things can get a little… lively in the studio. Think fabric stacks everywhere, rotary cutters working overtime, and us doing our very best to keep up 💨
We promise we’re moving as fast as humanly possible.

If you need your order rushed, email us with your order number and we’ll do our best to bump it up in line.
- Expedited processing: usually free if we can swing it
- Expedited shipping: $20 at checkout
Real Talk About Shipping Realities
Once your package leaves our hands, it enters its ✨independent era✨
Most of the time, everything goes perfectly. In fact, we’ve only had one package go completely missing ever (which feels like a minor miracle).
If something does go sideways:
- After 14 days with no tracking movement, we can file a claim
- Claims can take up to 8 weeks (we know, we know)
- If we receive a refund, we pass it right along to you
If a package is marked “delivered” but doesn’t show up, that part has to be sorted out with the carrier.
